Two new kinds of pickles to try

Both mixed pickles with mango, lime, carrot, and chile peppers. The Pravin has a stronger mango flavor and seems the more piquant of the two. The Patak’s has a richer overall flavor, which I think I prefer, along with more nicely scarlet oil layer, giving it better, smoother mouth feel.

Both are pretty good and could be a tasty addition to your meal.  Indian pickles are a bit of an acquired taste, but are really quite delicious when you get used to them.
