Apples genetically modified so they won’t turn brown when sliced

Genetic engineering of fruit. Apples are an interesting contrast to something like soybeans (and Monsanto’s monopoly there due to their genetically engineered strain crossing into other planted patches and turning them into copyright infringement), as apples are cultivated from grafts, so commercial varieties are all clonal. There is not much description of the flavor qualities though.
